Junior Installer
Job duties include, but are not limited to:
Arriving to shop location on time and prepared.
Loading trucks with the day’s jobs.
Demolition of pre-existing covers, awnings, or signs.
Installing awnings, patio covers, heaters, and other outdoor equipment.
Ensuring that the job is completed in accordance with Shoreline quality standards.
Cleaning job site after completion of work
Ensuring customers are satisfied with the final product that they receive.
Unloading and preparing trucks
LOCATION
Shoreline Awning and Patio, Inc. is located at 3514 Combine Street in Paso Robles, CA. Jobsites vary and will require some travel time. Work trucks are provided but a clean and operational vehicle is a plus.
REQUIREMENTS
The installer position requires both mental and physical strength, as long days in the sun are the norm. In addition, installers should:
Have a strong work ethic.
Have at least basic knowledge of construction
Be capable of lifting and carrying up to 100 pounds
Have a strong attention to detail
Be capable of working with a team
Be comfortable speaking with homeowners about their opinions on the job
Be comfortable with taking direction
Be capable of reading plans and blueprints
The following skills are not required, but are a plus:
Experience installing awnings, aluminum patio covers, or other patio equipment
Compensation: DOE ($16-$20/hr)

Crew Lead
As Crew Lead, you face the responsibilities of a Junior Installer and more.
Job duties include, but are not limited to:
- Managing a crew of installers.
Arriving to shop location on time and prepared.
Loading trucks with the day’s jobs.
Demolition of pre-existing covers, awnings, or signs.
Installing awnings, patio covers, heaters, and other outdoor equipment.
Ensuring that the job is completed in accordance with Shoreline quality standards.
Cleaning job site after completion of work
Ensuring customers are satisfied with the final product that they receive.

Be comfortable speaking with homeowners about their opinions on the job
Be comfortable with giving and taking direction
Be capable of reading plans and blueprints

Experience leading a team
Experience installing awnings, aluminum patio covers, or other patio equipment
Compensation: DOE ($22-$30+/hr)
